Omtec Pop Up Ball Transfers raise above the conveyor rollers to reorient and/or reposition items with minimal effort on the roller conveyor line.

Pop up ball transfers used for transfering OmtecPop Up Ball Transfers when retracted are below the rollers and will not interfere with normal straight line flow of items not requiring positioning or orientating.


Minimal effort is required
to change an items
position and/or orientation
on a roller conveyor.

Why not use standard conveyor ball transfer tables? Ball transfers are useful solutions for many applications, but conveyor line ball transfer tables can cause items to swerve and change direction. This means someone is required to guide items while on the ball transfer table.

However when the Omtec Pop Up Ball Transfer Strips are retracted below the conveyor rollers, they do not require an operator to be present for items not being repositioned or orientated. Items moving on the roller conveyor, do so uninterrupted by the ball transfers.
