Ergonomic scissors lifts, conveyors and Omtec PBT Ball Transfers are a natural combination!
Flip a switch... Omtec PBT Ball Transfers raise, allowing minimal effort movement, orientation and positioning of items on ergonomic scissor lifts.
Flick the switch again... Omtec PBT Ball Transfers retract, solidly and firmly positioning items in a stabile location while the ergonomic scissor lift is elevating, and/or the required task is performed on the item.
Omtec Pop Up Ball Transfer Strips are inexpensive transfer solutions used for integrating an ergonomic scissor lifts or workbenches with a conveyor.

Omtec Pop Up Ball Transfers may be operated by hand or foot control (no electric wiring required) or electric sensing device actuated.

Omtec Drop On Surfaces add as little as 2 inches (50.88mm) to scissor lift surface height. Omtec Pop Up Ball Transfer Surfaces may literally be any size or shape. Made of metal, wood, solid plastic or plastic laminated.
1) Items move along the conveyor to a position over the Omtec Pop Up Ball Transfer Strips. When retracted, Omtec ball transfers will not interfere with free travel of items on the roller conveyor.
 
2) The operator, with a common control raises the Omtec Pop Up Ball Transfers in the conveyor and on the ergonomic scissor lift, then with minimal effort moves the item off the conveyor on to the ergonomic scissorlift ball transfer top.

3) After locating the item on the ergonomic scissor lift top, the operator retracts the Omtec Pop Up Ball Transfers to firmly locate it in a stabile convenient work position.
