The Omtec pop up ball transfer unit is pneumatic (air operated). At the flip of a switch, the ball transfer unit raises above the surface to move orient and position an item on workbench tops with minimal effort. Retractable when not needed. Flip the switch again, the ball transfer unit retracts into the workbench surface, firmly positioning the item in a stabile location. No electricity is required!

The Omtec pop up pad is a pneumatic air operated positioner unit. At the flip of a switch the pad unit lifts the item off of other Omtec ergonomic transfers. Firmly positioning the item in a stabile location on its high coefficient of friction polyurethane pad. Retractable when not needed. Flip the switch again, the pop up pad unit retracts below other Omtec ergonomic transfers, allowing the item to be moved along the assembly line.
No electricity is required!

The Omtec fixed ball transfer is ideal for easy minimal effort moving orientating and positioning of an item on a work table. Designed to use alone or in combination with all of the other Omtec ergonomic transfers. Ideal to retro fit your existing industrial workbench. Simple 3 step installation...
1) Drill a hole in the table top.
2) Drop the ball transfer in the hole. No hardware needed.
3) Pat yourself on the back for a job well done!

At the flip of a switch, the pop up pad unit raises the item above the conveyor roller in a firm stabile position allowing a task to be performed with out it moving around.Flip the switch again, the pop up pad unit retracts below the
conveyor roller allowing items to move on rollers unaffected by the pop up pad positioner strips.

The Omtec insert wheel is not retractable and are used to provide easy minimal effort uni-directional movement and positioning of items on industrial workbenches. Insert wheels are ideal where items need to go around predetermined corners on workbenches. Designed to use alone or in combination with all of the other Omtec ergonomic transfer components.
Available for ESD and non ESD applications.

The Omtec ESD pop up ground is a pneumatic air operated unit. Designed to raise under an item. The center aluminum plunger raises 3/8 inch (9.5 mm). The center spring loaded brass pin protrudes above plunger and compresses into the plunger insuring conductive contact with bottom of an the item requiring electro static grounding. Used primarily with the Omtec pop up pad, it may also be used in other applications requiring ESD grounding.

The Omtec pop up ball transfer units in the strip unit are pneumatic (air operated). At the flip of a switch, the ball transfer unit raises above the conveyor roller to move transfer items off the conveyor line with minimal effort. Flip the switch again, the ball transfer unit retracts below the conveyor roller allowing items to move on rollers not effected by the uncertainties of moving on ball transfers.
