Omtec *patented Pop Up Ball Transfer Strips for Conveyor



Ideal for conveyor transfers on production, distribution, assembly, packing and shipping lines.



1) Items moves along the conveyor line to a position over
the Omtec Pop Up Ball Transfer Strips.


2) Operator raises OmtecPop Up Ball Transfers, with minimal
effort moves the item onto the adjoining conveyor line, table or etc.

Omtec *patented Pop Up Ball Transfers raise above the conveyor rollers to move items on or off to an adjoining conveyor, work bench or cart with... minimal effort!

Omtec *patented Pop Up Ball Transfers when retracted are below the rollers and won’t interfere with normal straight line flow of items not being transferred.


Why not use fixed conveyor ball transfer tables? Ball transfers are useful solutions for many applications, but conveyor line ball transfer tables can cause items to swerve and change direction. This means someone is required to guide items on the ball transfer table.

However, when the Omtec *patented Pop Up Ball Transfer Strips are retracted, they do not require an operator to be present for items not being transferred. Items moving on the conveyor do so uninterrupted by any ball transfers.

Easy to install, economical, minimal effort, conveyor transfers.


Omtec *patented Pop Up Ball Transfer Strips are available infinite lengths to fit virtually any conveyor frame width. Ball transfers may be on any center lines with a minimum of 2 inches (50.8mm). Ball center lines on a strip may also vary, ball to ball.
