1) Item moves on rollers to a position over the Omtec Pop Up Pad Strips.

2) Operator raises Pop Up Pads above rollers to firmly locate item for required task

If an individual station is not needed in a particular days production run Omtec Pop Up Pad Strips may be left in the retracted position, items will continue unhindered on conveyor roller.

At the flick of a switch...
Omtec *patented Pop Up Pads raise, firmly positioning item. The required task may now be performed on item in a stabile location.

Flip the switch again...
Omtec *patented Pop Up Pads retract, the item is on the conveyor rollers again, ready to move down line.
